Joe's research areas are mainly related to human resource management, organizational behavior, and human development. Specifically, Joe's research interests include:
- Organisational justice, organisational commitment, and organisational trust
- International and cross-cultural management
- Career development
- Workplace issues facing minority groups
- Employment issues, poverty, and societal- & individual-level life quality
Dr. Jiang is currently supervising one PhD student and one Master by Research student. He is interested in supervising research projects in relation to employee attitudes and beahviors, leadership, cross cultural differences, personality and individual differences, career decision making, and life satisfaction.
